We have several new features right now that will make it easier for you to search, book and travel on Travelstart!

Let us start with the hotel bookings that looks a bit different. When you booked your hotel you can do lots of things on your booking page, not only pay for the trip, but:

  • Cancel the booking

  • Change the guest name

  • Change hotel dates

  • Change room type

  1. On the 1st of May i made a booking at Engedi herberg and confirmation number 147681923372… I made payment but when i phone them they told me that no booking was made even the money was not received…. May you please call them and phone back to me 0721550605 /0763434246

      One of our agents will be happy to look into this for you and revert with feedback.

  2. your home page clearly states that you have people who you can contact, however there are no telephone numbers to contact on!…i desperatly need to speak to someone about a hotel booking but theres no-one, this is appalling customer relations! and i will not be recommending this site to anyone.

  4. Your website looks great and your flight fares are the cheapest I have found.
    Unfortunately your customer service is lacking.
    I booked a flight on Weds evening (4239481) on our business credit card. I faxed through the required information yesterday but my booking still shows as “processing payment”.
    No-one answers either of the phone numbers, the online chat does not work.
    I have received two conflicting emails from your company.
    I am glad that I had not yet recommended your site to colleagues!!
