Bosnia has two distinct climates which is seen in summer and winter. Peak season is between mid-May and August, this is when the most crowds are present and prices are extremely high. The city of Mostar has a Mediterranean climate, while temperatures get colder and more continental in cities such as Sarajevo due to its altitude. Winter is extremely cold with beautiful snow to be encountered.
