Should you have a remaining balance, you will be issued a new voucher to use towards your next booking.

Terms and Conditions

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other coupon/offer/discount or promotion offered by Travelstart or any of its partners. This includes flight sales and/or other subsidised fares.
  • It is only possible to redeem a voucher by booking any flight, hotel, bus, car rental or holiday package. Vouchers may also be used to purchase any Travelstart product together with a flight booking.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed on bookings made on travelstart.co.za
  • Voucher codes are case sensitive.
  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 (three) years from date of issue.
  • For any remaining balances, Travelstart will issue a new voucher for the balance, valid for 3 (three) years from date of issue. This will be issued automatically after redeeming any voucher code should any balance remain.
  • Voucher balances can be viewed via email or by contacting Travelstart’s customer service team.
  • Should a customer make a booking and later decide to cancel, Travelstart will reissue them with a voucher equal to the value of the cancelled booking.
