Kamlani<\/strong>, president of <strong>Oceania Cruises<\/strong>, said: &#8220;Our guests are in for a true epicurean odyssey with <strong>Riviera<\/strong>.\u201d And he\u2019s right by the sound of it. <strong>Riviera <\/strong>offers diverse dining experiences that cater to the palates of inquisitive travellers. Best of all, regardless of which gourmet restaurant they choose to enjoy, there are no additional dining charges.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The ships will each have a capacity for 1,250 passengers and will boast ten different on-board, top notch dining rooms serving delectable dishes from all over the world. Passengers will be able to choose to dine at the <strong>Grand Dining Room<\/strong> which will offer continental and American dishes from a six-course menu. Another option is the <strong>Toscana<\/strong> dining room that serves Italian dishes and <strong>Red Ginger <\/strong>where passengers can choose from a variety of Asian dishes from its menu. The menus change every day.<\/p>\n<p>There are coffee shops where experienced baristas whip up gourmet lattes and macchiatos and tea rooms where one can enjoy a veritable English afternoon tea.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not all about eating food, you can make food too. Or at least learn how to. <strong>Bon App\u00e9tit Culinary Centre<\/strong> offers cooking classes for passengers of the <strong>Riviera<\/strong> and the <strong>Marina<\/strong>. There are lounge areas to digest the multi course dinners and a gym to work off all those accumulated calories.<\/p>\n<p>The inaugural season of the <strong>Riviera and Marina<\/strong> cruises starts April 24<sup>th<\/sup> and <strong>Oceania Cruises<\/strong> are taking bookings now.
