It\u2019s very flavourful and refreshing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For mains, try the Lomo Saltado: beef strips saut\u00e9ed with soy sauce, tomato, onion\u00a0and French fries, it is a pure gastronomic delight. I had to share this with my boyfriend, something I was not that happy about. We also ordered Carapulcra, the oldest recipe in Peruvian cuisine. It\u2019s dried mince potato cooked on a peanut and chili sauce served with rice and a choice of chicken, beef or pork. Yum!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For dessert?\u00a0Picarones \u2013 butternut and sweet-potato doughnuts served\u00a0with cane-sugar syrup. I also loved the Helado De Lucuma Con Chocolate Cake, i.e. egg fruit (not plant) ice cream with chocolate cake and chocolate sauce. The ice cream is like nothing I\u2019ve ever tasted \u2013 salty and sweet at the same time. Can\u2019t wait to go back for more!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also visit the colourful Pisco Bar\u00a0upstairs, for some classic Peruvian cocktails \u2013 and the bathrooms are also beautifully decorated.
