Who can blame them with such divine food, hey? These courses will teach you how to prepare proper Vietnamese\u00a0spring rolls, beef noodle soup and many more fragrant local dishes &#8211; a must.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eat street food<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You can basically find your breakfast, lunch and dinner from street vendors cooking up some amazing road-side cuisine. Tuck into dishes like\u00a0Cau Lau or Ch\u00e8 bobochacha &#8211; a black bean and ginger dessert &#8211; while sitting on tiny stools next to locals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Drink this<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Only go for local beers when in Hoi An. They are all delicious and insanely cheap!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Go for a cruise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Take a boat ride at night, especially if there is a full moon celebration.
