Overview
The purpose of the Travel Support Agents will be to provide product support to clients to ensure
clients receive efficient and effective service within the client service level agreements.
Duties & Responsibilities
(An overview, but is not
limited to the full function of the role)
- Answer telephone calls from clients
- Respond to emails for product support from clients
- 1st line support - Day to day resolving of queries from clients
- Create logins or reset passwords
- Ensuring the corporate client service level agreements are met
- Redirect problems to the appropriate resource
- All matters to be approached in a non-biased and professional manner
- Keep all relevant internal parties informed of assigned work programs
- Supporting and troubleshooting client queries
- Generating innovate ideas
- Follow standard operating processes and procedures
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong computer and technology acumen
- Strong Phone & email etiquette is a must have
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing and grammar
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications and equipment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Effective listening skills & attention to detail
- Willingness to co-operate and work with other teams
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Show initiative
- Have a pleasant, friendly demeanour always
- Must be tech savvy
- Must have Matric and a post matric technology qualification is an advantage
- Call Centre or customer service experience is advantageous

- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented approach
- Possess competent written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high
volume of work on deadline.
- Attention to detail.
- Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
- An ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated
- Works independently on request.
- Takes the initiative to support team members and management as requested.
Salary Bracket: R 4 500.00 - R 5 500.00 per Month.
