Online baggage payment is available from 24 hours to 60 minutes before flight departure.<\/p>\n

Travellers with a Flex<\/em> or Plus<\/em> ticket can check in their first bag for free. Each bag may not weigh more than 23kg otherwise, oversized baggage fees apply.<\/p>\n

Econo<\/em> or Member Exclusive<\/em> ticket holders are not granted free baggage, but may purchase 1 bag of checked luggage for C$25-29.50. Thereafter, the second bag is charged at C$35-41.30. Third and fourth bags can be checked for C$100-118, across all ticket classes.<\/p>\n

If you simply can\u2019t leave your beloved pets at home, WestJet is happy to welcome them aboard! If your pet is travelling in the cabin with you, expect to pay between C$50-59; while animals flying as checked baggage incur a fee of C$75-88.50.<\/p>\n
