  4. Hi – I booked tickets through your company in late September, early October and have not received any emails regarding the tickets. I checked my bank and see a reference number for my Mango flight, NZGBCV H Andrew ( my surname is Andrews). I see they have my contact number as a landline and not my cellphone 082 454 4556 for some reason. The other flight is with British Airways but there is no reference number and I can source no emails from you related to this booking. Would you kindly tell me how I go about sourcing the tickets etc.

      Thanks for taking my call earlier.

      I’ve called up your booking and see your e-ticket was issued and e-mailed the same day the booking was made to the e-mail address used to make the booking.

      Your e-tickets have been resent, please could you check your spam as the e-mail could have filtered into your spam box.

      I’ve also sent your Mango confirmation directly from Mango’s website and your BA ticketing from checkmytrip.

  5. The service is shocking and the agents do not understand customer needs. I have been trying to change a booking without success. They do not listen and do not give you a chance to explain your need. The online chat is always not available!

  6. I will never book with you again. I made a booking and when I received the bookings on my email it was not anything like I tried to book. When I called I was told its because I was on the cheapest booking. I call the call center and asked to speak to a supervisor I was left on the phone for 45 min….
    Then to realize travel start took off almost 500 Rand for……
    You are a rip off
