  6. Follow the vote casting instructions. Click ‘Africa’ region.
  7. To vote for Travelstart find “Africa’s Leading Online Travel Agency” on the vote page (below the fold), click it and vote for Travelstart.
  8. You’re done!

  4. Travelstart is my first choice when booking a flight because: (1) I don’t required a credit card- I am able to pay via EFT whereas most other websites require a Credit Card. (2). I have always received a prompt reply to any email which I send (3) Although the 3-day flexible date feature is not unique to Travelstart, I think the layout of your grid is clear and simple. In general your website is easy to navigate.

  5. I am not impressed by the service received from travelstart. I am still awaiting feedback to change my air travel tickets 5 days later. I phoned and left no less than 7 messages with consultants and voice messaging, today I am still yet to receive and return phone call. I also sent a few emails to try rectify. So out of 10 I rate them 0 only because we can’t give a negative score. I fly monthly and travel extensively, this is definitely the worst service I have received. You can quote me on this. I think next i will post on hello peter. Regards Warren .

      Thank you very much for taking the time to send us your feedback and I sincerely regret to hear that you experienced problems trying to get hold of us and that your calls were not returned.

      I must admit, we had an unusually busy week so far and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. This resulted in an influx on all forms of our communication and we are trying our best to attend to them all timeously.

      I managed to locate your booking however will do a follow up with regards to this.

  13. My wife and I booked on Kulula -Lanseria to Cape Town-departing 17 March.
    I found it extremely difficult to book in,or obtain seating on your website.
    On returning it was the same problem,

      Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I sincerely regret to hear that your experienced problems when trying to do online check-in with Kulula and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience experienced. Travelstart works in the reservations system Amadeus which results in three separate reservation numbers being generated for the same booking, if the airline has a different reservations system. Travelstart has been in the process of ensuring that all the reference numbers are provided to avoid any inconvenience to our clients. Any bookings made from mid March will receive Kulula’s personal booking reference number, allowing them to check-in. Once again I apologies for the inconvenience experienced. I do hope the information above has provided some clarification. Thank you once again for your comments. Please be assured that we take all client feedback seriously and make changes if and when we can.
