  1. Worst App ever and worst support from Travelstart imaginable. It refused to accept my purchase for two return air tickets from Johannesburg to Sydney. When it came to the final purchase it gave errors such as select a different flight/card invalid/use a different card eg. Calls the the emergency number left me hanging until the call dropped. I used all the options provided. But no response from TS. The next day the same flights are R7 000 more expensive!

      Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Once a search has been made on our website and the fares are displayed. We do have to double check the availability and price once the flight has been selected to insure we can guarantee the seat. The price might change as the airline has updated the fares on their side.

      You would need to log into the account with the e-mail address used to make the booking and it will automatically there.
