Once installed, your Firsty eSIM stays on your phone and automatically connects to an available partner network when you arrive at your destination. What is Firsty?

Firsty is a travel eSIM. It gives mobile data in 150+ countries without a local SIM or roaming package from the
home carrier. It is data only; no traditional phone number for calls or SMS. WhatsApp, FaceTime, and similar
apps work over the data connection.

Do I need to download the Firsty app?

No, you can do everything on our shared Travelstart x Firsty page.

Which plans can I buy?

Classic: Buy a data bundle starting from 0.5 GB. You’ll pay the same price in every country Firsty supports. Your bundle is valid for 30 days from activation—not from the purchase date.

Unlimited: Get unlimited data for a daily fee. You’ll receive 5 GB per day at full speed, after which speeds are reduced until the next day. You can pause your plan whenever needed.

Will I be charged roaming by my home network?

Firsty does not charge an additional roaming fee – you only pay for your selected Firsty plan.

To connect abroad, turn on Data Roaming for your Firsty eSIM. This setting does not create an extra Firsty or Travelstart charge.

Your home network may still charge roaming fees if mobile data is left enabled for your home SIM. To avoid this, use your home SIM for calls and SMS, and select Firsty for mobile data.

When should I install?

Install your eSIM using a stable WiFi connection, ideally before your trip or at your hotel. Avoid installing it while on the plane or using a weak airport connection.
