Domestic Baggage Insurance

Why you need this:

Protect yourself against loss of baggage and/or equipment.

Protect yourself against theft and/or damage to baggage and/or equipment.

Protect yourself against personal accidents and trip interruptions.

How to add it to your booking:

1. Select your flight/s.

2. Select ‘Domestic Baggage Insurance’ under Customise Your Trip.

3. Select payment method and complete booking payment.

  • Accidental loss of baggage or items is only covered if you can provide proof of the incident (e.g. affidavit) and proof of ownership or purchase.
  • Theft must be reported to a local police station within 24 hours of the incident
  • Please note that the processing time of your refund can take 6 – 8 weeks.
  • Email refunds@travelstart.com to request a refund on your product.
