Baggage allowance

All Passengers
All passengers are allowed to carry one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 7kg. Anything extra will need to be checked-in. All checked-in luggage has a weight restriction of 23kg. Bags that weigh more than 23kg but less than 32kg will be charged a Heavy Bag Charge (R300-R500). Bags carried in addition to the Free Checked Baggage Allowance will be charged an Extra Bag Fee.

Infants & Children
Infants are allowed one bag, pushchair and car seat.

Check In

All domestic and regional Comair flight check-in's will close 45 minutes prior to departure. All passengers are required to inform themselves about these check-in deadlines and abide them.

Passengers must be present at the boarding gate no late than the time specified by the time given to check-in.

If the passenger fails to arrive at the boarding gate in time, the space reserved for them on the flight will be cancelled.
