- Travelstart Voucher: Voucher can be redeemed for travel booking with a Travelstart Live agent on 021-020-0559. The voucher cannot be used online. The voucher is valid until 30 November 2022. Any amount of the voucher redeemed on booking will be subtracted from the sum of the voucher value until voucher value is exhausted. Flight bookings are subject to class availability and may not be upgraded. There are limited seats on peak flights, weekend, school and public holidays. - bidorbuy Voucher: Total value of voucher is R20,000. Voucher to be used on www.bidorbuy.co.za or the bidorbuy mobile app. The voucher will be valid for one (1) year after it has been issued and expires 15 November 2020. The bidorbuy voucher will be placed into the winner's bidorbuy account. The winner will be able to redeem the bobBucks voucher on bidorbuy.co.za.

- Prize Excludes: Submissions: Any costs associated with obtaining a valid travel Visa/updating your passport if required. Any items of a personal nature including meals, spending money, travel insurance, add-ons, and all other incidentals not specifically recorded in the prize.
- Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must sign up to the Travelstart daily marketing newsletter, via the following link only https://www.travelstart.co.za/lp/bidorbuy-competition and not via Social Media or associated marketing channels. Entrants must also sign up to receive communication from bidorbuy.
- Submissions: One entry per valid e-mail address.
- Competition Period: The competition commences at (00h00) Friday, 1 November 2019 and will terminate at midnight on Thursday, 14 November 2019, both days inclusive. No late entries will be accepted.
- Winner announcement date: The winner will be selected and announced on Travelstart and bidorbuy social media platforms no later than 19 November.
- Eligibility to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Travelstart and bidorbuy and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
- Prize draw: The winner will be selected at random and contacted by Travelstart via the email address or contact number provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Travelstart and bidorbuy reserve the right to draw a replacement winner without further communication.
- Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that Travelstart and bidorbuy may publish their name and photographic images on Travelstart and bidorbuy marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such invitation.
- Competition disclaimer: Travelstart and bidorbuy, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
- Cancellation: Travelstart and bidorbuy reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Travelstart and bidorbuy, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System Failure: No member of Travelstart and bidorbuy is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Travelstart and bidorbuy which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Should the winner be unable to travel or comply with the required terms they will be disqualified, and a new winner may be selected in their place.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to Promoters is accurate, complete and up to date. You will be required to provide your full name, email address and other related information when entering this Competition.

- The Promoter(s) and its affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you in this Competition and for the Promoter’s, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes and, by participating in the Competition, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa and any other affiliated country in which the Promoter conducts in business, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Promoter.
- We keep your personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission.
- You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Travelstart and bidorbuy in writing which both brands are bound by law to recognize, or unsubscribing from marketing communication at any time. The Promoters will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. The promoters will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
