Best time to visit Mombasa

Mombasa has a tropical wet and dry climate. Summer (December to March) temperatures ranges between 30 to 32 degrees Celsius. This is the peak-tourist season, ideal for most water sports and sunbathing on the Mombasa beaches. Winter (July to September) temperatures fall to an average of 27 degrees Celsius. The city experiences the rainy months in between summer and winter, namely April to June, and October to November.
