Prize Description:
The winner will receive:
2 x economy return flights (O.R Tambo to Sydney) including taxes.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
All travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates specified. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
Redeemed travel is subject to availability, and seats may not be available on all flights.
This prize letter is non-transferable and cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash value.
The prize letter may not be sold or traded on any auction website or through any third-party platform.
Once the ticket is issued, it will be considered non-refundable, and no changes or cancellations will be permitted. Regardless of the reason, once the ticket is issued, neither changes nor cancellations will be possible.
Once ticketed, the prize will be considered used and is no longer valid for any future bookings.
Date changes are permitted. Any additional costs associated with changes will be at the passenger’s own expense. Travel must remain within the validity of the issued ticket.
Flight bookings are subject to class availability. Upgrades are not permitted.
Flights can only be booked on Qantas flights. No alternative airlines or codeshare flights will be accepted.
If the flights are not booked and flown by the prize winner within the specified period, no refund will be given, and the prize cannot be extended.
Prize winner tickets do not qualify to earn miles or points on the Qantas loyalty program.
The prize winner is required to travel with their designated travel partner/companion on the same dates and flights. No separate travel arrangements will be permitted.
Name changes, title changes, or any corrections to passenger details will not be allowed once the ticket is issued.
Ticket bookings must be made with Travelstart’s direct sales team.
The original prize letter must be presented when redeeming the prize.
Copies of the passengers’ valid passports must be provided when ready to book the flight.
Excludes peak season travel, long weekends, and any blackout dates as determined by Qantas.
This prize is only available to residents of South Africa.
Visa requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. All visa applications, processing, and associated costs are for the winner’s/travel companion’s own expense. Travelstart will not assist with visa applications.
All other travel arrangements, including but not limited to accommodation, ground transport, forex, and meals, are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion and will be at their own expense.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. The Promoter nor any of its third-party suppliers will not and cannot be held liable for any errors/omissions caused by the participant when providing Personal Information (as defined by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013) to the Promoter, whether this is upon entering into this Competition or where a winning participant is providing Personal Information when claiming the Prize.

Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these competition rules, the decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into further.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and participants agree that this promotional competition is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
In the interest of the participant, the Promoter has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the rules, terms, and conditions of this promotional competition are in line with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), particularly with section 36 of the Act.

Prize winner will be announced on the 14th of March – Travel tickets are valid until 14th March 2026 (Travel needs to be completed by 14 March 2026).

Judging Criteria:
Participants will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The final winner will be chosen based on correct quiz completion and social following.
All decisions by the Organizer are final and binding, and there is no right of appeal.

A public announcement of the winner will be made on Travelstart’s Instagram page.

Rights and Permissions:
By entering the Competition, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their names, photographs, and/or entries for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Participants retain ownership of their submitted content.

Disqualification:
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Competition rules or submits inappropriate content.

Liability:
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury related to the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.

Data Protection:
The Personal Information of participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with Travelstart’s privacy policy available: HERE.
Participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Organizer. They may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Governing Law:
The Competition and its Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Additional Information:
