      11. The discount value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking value. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by you. Any outstanding difference between the voucher and the amount of the booking must be paid before the expiry date of the quotation.
      12. If there is any credit remaining after the redemption of the voucher, this can be used to pay for future bookings, provided these are still within the voucher validity period. Using part of the voucher will not change the original voucher validity period.
