How it works

  1. Add the COVID-19 Concierge Appointment product to your booking.

  2. A Zarpath Customer Care Agent will contact you to make your appointment.

  3. Receive a QR-coded redeemable voucher along with your appointment confirmation.

  4. Receive your results via email or SMS no later than 72 hours after the test.

  • Take the stress out of travel and book a test appointment at any location within 50km radius of a Zarpath laboratory. Appointments are available 7 days a week from 08h00 to 17h00.
  • The QR coded voucher is valid for 12 months.

Terms and conditions

  • The COVID-19 Concierge Appointment must be purchased at time of booking/payment and can only be purchased up to 7 days prior to departure.
  • This product can only be purchased together with a flight ticket and is not available as a stand alone product.
    • Zarpath Lab operating hours are 7 days a week from 08H00 to 17H00.
  • Should you wish to reschedule or cancel their appointment, they must do so at least 24hrs before their original scheduled test time by emailing support@mycovidtest.co.za

  • By purchasing this product you consent to making use of our third party service provider, Zarpath Laboratories www.zarpath.co.za, and you agree and accept their terms of service. Furthermore you consent to Travelstart sharing your contact information and travel details in order to provide the service to you.
  • The concierge service is limited to a 50km radius from major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg & Bloemfontein. Requests for services beyond this limit will be charged at AA rates.
  • Zarpath reserves the right to amend their testing sites and partner labs without any prior notice to you.

  • All results will be reported directly to you or the relevant passenger via email or sms once the test results are available.

  • Travelstart shall not be held liable for any damages suffered in connection with any extra fees charged or for delays incurred in processing test results.

  • It may be possible that Zarpath laboratories are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances and in this instance Zarpath shall as soon as possible contact you to advise of this. Where the service cannot be fulfilled you will be entitled to a refund of the product.

  • This service shall be suspended automatically in the event of force majeure event arising which renders either party unable to operate or prevents either or both of them from fulfilling any obligation. Such suspension shall be maintained for as long as the force majeure event persists.

  • We reserve our right to amend the fees charged at any time.

  • This is a non-refundable and non-transferable product.
