Terms & Conditions

  • Uber and Travelstart are launching a promotion to make safe, reliable and affordable transport services available to Travelstart’s customers travelling to or from the following major airports in South Africa: Cape Town International Airport, OR Tambo International Airport, Lanseria International Airport, Port Elizabeth International Airport and King Shaka International Airport.
  • The Promotional Code may be used only once by each Uber user. The entire redeemable value of the Promotion Code must be used on the journey and any unused portion will be forfeited. If the journey cost exceeds the total value of the Promotional Code then the remaining balance will be the sole responsibility of the user.
  • The Promotional Code cannot be combined with any other codes or promotions.
  • The Promotional Code must be entered before requesting the trip.
  • The code cannot be transferred, duplicated or sold and has no cash value.
  • Successful redemption of the code is subject to the availability of Uber partner-drivers at the time of requesting.
  • Access to and use of the Uber application will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to all riders who use the platform.
  • Voucher only valid when customers book their flight more than one day before departure
  • Uber vouchers are only valid per booking and not per person. For example : a group booking of four people will only receive one Uber voucher and not four individual vouchers.
  • Uber voucher issued for first booking only
  • This promotion only applies for customers booking with a Travelstart agent and not on our website or app
  • Minimum spend per booking is R10,000
