An absolute must-see is the Old Hanseatic Warf, Bryggen, which makes Bergen a World Heritage City. With the colourful buildings, harbour views and lots to see and do, you can easily spend a whole day exploring Bryggen. 
Bergen is situated on one of the most well-preserved fjords in the world. The Norwegian Fjords, which are also on the World Heritage Site list, is a naturally magnificent place, with its steep mountains, waterfalls and tranquil rivers. 
Visit the aquarium, museums and galleries, pop in at the local fish markets, watch a show, admire the small wooden houses, and even spot some crocodiles and seals - Exploring Bergen on foot is the best way to see everything this city has to offer, and for a panoramic view of the city you can even take a cable car up to one of the highest mountains in the area.
