How does it work?

Let the Pick n Pay teller assist you in finding your flight or bus online

Pay for your booking via cash, debit or credit card

Receive your e-ticket via email once payment is confirmed

Travelstart customers can buy their flight and bus tickets in-store at any Pick n Pay Supermarket and Hypermarket nationwide.

How to book domestic flights

  • Search and book any domestic flight with the teller in a Pick n Pay store
  • Enter all traveller and passenger details
  • Earn points on your booking by entering your Smart Shopper card number
  • Pay for your booking via cash, debit or credit card
  • Your booking reference will be printed out on your till slip
  • Receive your e-ticket via email

How to book domestic bus tickets

  • Make your booking in-store at any Pick n Pay supermarket or hypermarket.
  • Earn points on your booking by entering your Smart Shopper card number
  • Pay for your booking via cash, debit or credit card
  • Once payment is received, your ticket will be printed on the till slip which you can use with your ID to board the bus

Terms & Conditions

  1. All bookings need to be paid for on the same day the booking is made.
  2. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled at midnight on the same day as the reservation.
  3. The same fare cannot be guaranteed after the booking is cancelled.
  4. The transaction fee of R99 is non-refundable and is included in the Travelstart price when you purchase your ticket.
  5. By making use of the services you agree to the standard terms and conditions.
  6. This payment method is only available for flight bookings made on Travelstart to the value of under R20,000 in total (including products such as flexi ticket, travel insurance etc).

  8. Pick n Pay Stores will and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of the use of this service.
