How do I know whether my flight is confirmed?

Once your booking has been completed and ticketed, Travelstart will send your itinerary and ticket information. A payment confirmation alone does not necessarily mean ticketing is complete.

What happens if the airline cancels my flight?

Your options depend on the airline, ticket conditions and circumstances. They may include an alternative flight, travel credit or a refund.

How do flight refunds work?

Refund eligibility is determined by the airline’s fare rules. If approved, the airline normally returns the funds to Travelstart before the applicable amount can be paid back to you.

What if I need help after booking?
