Best time to visit Arequipa

Arequipa’s climate is primarily dry in winter (May to early-November) and has an effective precipitation parallel to that of a cool desert climate. Large crowds of tourists head to the city during July and August, which means a hike in accommodation rates. The best time to visit this majestic destination is from May to September, when the weather is still pleasurable and you will avoid touristic crowding.
