Baggage allowance may vary depending on the cabin class and route you are flying.

Below is a table of the baggage allowance for the main routes travelled by this airline:

Business class: 2 x 1 piece of checked baggage (height + width + depth (including wheels and handles) = 158cm maximum), maximum weight of 32kg.

Premium class: 2 x 1 piece of checked baggage (height + width + depth (including wheels and handles) = 158cm maximum), maximum weight of 30kg.

Economy class: 1 piece of checked baggage (height + width + depth (including wheels and handles) = 158cm maximum), maximum weight of 30kg.

Hand Baggage Allowance

Business Class:

• Two pieces (55cm high X 35cm wide X 25cm deep - including wheels and handles).

• One small accessory (laptop bag, handbag).

• Maximum 16 kg in total. Your baggage may not exceed 10kg per piece.

Premium & Economy Class:

• One piece (55cm high X 40cm wide X 20cm deep – including wheels and handles)

• One small accessory (laptop bag, handbag)

• Maximum 10kg in total. All hand baggage pieces must fit under the seat or in the overhead compartment. Pieces of hand baggage exceeding these limits have to be checked in.

The following items may be carried as a piece of accessory:

• Handbag

• 1 small briefcase

• 1 small bag for a notebook computer, camera & any other electronic device

• Other small items like jacket, duty free bag,… should be stored in your hand baggage or small accessories.

Air Belgium offers check-in within 24 hours before departure.

• If you have booked your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to check-in.

• If you have booked your ticket in a travel agency, you will be able to check-in via the "My Booking" section of our website.

Depending on the airport, fast lanes are available for Business and Premium Class passengers.

Business Class passengers benefit from special access to the lounges at the various Belgian airports and at any of our destinations.

Are you travelling in Premium Class? You can also benefit from lounge access at airports in Belgium. When travelling from Brussels Charleroi Airport, you can even relax in the exclusive Air Belgium lounge!

Kids check in

Ages between 5 - 12 years

Please book our Kids in the Air service in advance, at least 72 hours before the flight. There is an additional charge for this service.

Ages between 12 - 16 years

When your child is travelling alone, please arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before the flight's scheduled departure time. This will allow plenty of time for paperwork to be completed and for the assistance to be arranged. For security and safety reasons, online check-in is not permitted for children who are travelling alone.

For boarding, all you need to bring is your identity documents and your reservation number or electronic boarding pass.

Please also ensure that you have any documents required by the authorities of the countries of origin and destination, to ensure that you comply with the sanitary measures imposed.

Business Class

Premium Class

Inflight Entertainment:

All our cabins are equipped with a wide and diverse range of entertainment. Up to 120 films (both recent releases and classics), documentaries on our various destinations, cartoons and TV series.

Wi-Fi access

Make the most of your flight and work or stay in touch with your loved ones. They offer 3 different packages to meet all your needs: Chat, Surf Easy et Surf Plus. The Wi-Fi network is on from 10,000 feet and the purchase of these packages can be done directly on board the aircraft, via their portal "AB Inflight Connect".
