If you live in Cape Town, love interaction with customers and bring the necessary experience (you will need at least one year experience in the travel agency or airline industry) then we are looking for you to join us working for the best company in South Africa!

Job Purpose:

To give excellent Customer Service assisting our clients with online bookings and queries via the phone, email and online chat!

Role:

  • Being the first contact for customers and the “voice” behind the website wowing them with excellent Customer Service
  • Responding to general Online queries with regards to our website and online bookings
  • Assistance with queries about Travel Insurance, Hotels, Cars, Travel Assist (booking of seating, meals etc)
  • Payment enquiries
  • Flight Change enquiries
  • Changes to Hotel Bookings, Car bookings
  • Administrative duties

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year in travel essential (either travel agency or airline)
  • Amadeus or Galileo experience required
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Able to multitask
  • Enthusiastic and  motivated
