- By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the rules specified in these terms and conditions.
- The prize consists of packages as specified on the landing page; the packages include terms and conditions by third party service providers, which will apply.
- Packages cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other coupon/offer/discount or promotion offered by Travelstart. This includes flight sales and/or other subsidised fares.
- Packages won may not be sold/transferred by the winner.
- Dates of travel may not be extended or valid during peak travel periods.
- Dates of travel must comply with the terms and conditions set out by our suppliers and the deal validity dates.

- Competition period: The competition commences at midnight (00h00) on Wednesday, 22 April 2020 and will terminate at midnight (00h00) on Thursday, 30 April 2020. No late entries will be accepted.
- Winners announcement date: The winners will be selected and notified via email. Announcements will be made on Travelstart’s social media platforms by no later than midnight (00h00) on 7 May 2020.
- Eligibility to enter the competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Travelstart and Huawei and their immediate families, are prohibited from entering the competition.
- Prize draw: The winners will be selected at random and contacted by Travelstart via the email address or contact number provided. The winners will be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules. If any of the winners do not respond within 3 days of Travelstart having contacted them, either by email, telephone, or voicemail service, Travelstart reserves the right to draw a replacement winner/s without further notification to the original winner/s.
- Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that Travelstart may publish their name and photographic images on Travelstart marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline such invitations.
- Competition disclaimer: Travelstart and Huawei, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
- Cancellation: Travelstart reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such an event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Travelstart or Huawei, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System failure: No member of Travelstart is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Travelstart which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Should the winner/s be unable to travel or comply with the required terms they will be disqualified. At the discretion of Travelstart a new winner/s may be selected in their place.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to Promoters is accurate, complete and up to date. You will be required to provide your full name, email address and other related information when entering this competition.
- By entering and participating in this competition, you consent to opt in to marketing communications from the Travelstart Group and Huawei.
- The Promoter(s) and its affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you into this competition and for the Promoter’s, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes and, by participating in the competition, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa and any other affiliated country in which the Promoter conducts business, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Promoter.
- We keep your personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission.
- You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Travelstart in writing of this request. The Promoters will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. The Promoters will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
