Requirement Overview

The purpose of the role is an accounts Franchise support person managing various processes or functions as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)

  • ITC Peach and Iveri swipes
  • ITC CMS Reporting
  • ITC CMS reconciliations
  • ITC CMS journals
  • Capturing Payments
  • Daily Receipting
  • Loading of payments
  • Management of daily Ticketing Sheets
  • Eglobal Fares recons
  • Foreign payments
  • Nedbank Queries
  • Back -Up Ticketing liaison
  • Any additional Franchise accounts duties as per need arises within department

Skills, Experience & Qualification(s)

  • Accounting Experience 2-3 years
  • Profin knowledge advantageous
  • Supplier and Customer experience 2-3 years
  • Previous Nedbank and Standard business banking experience will be advantageous
  • Possess competent written and verbal communications skills
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadline
  • Intermediate Excell Skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Advantageous - analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team and/or independently
  • Accounting/financial qualification advantageous

Attractive package market related, based on experience
