Purpose of the role

The purpose of the role is to support the BSP Department with various processes and functions as per operational requirements.

The role will involve (but not limited to):

    (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)

  • Actioning and the clearing of rejected BSP Link Applications.
  • Following up of outstanding BSP Link applications when required.
  • Calculating and processing of refunds.
  • Processing of credit notes and service fees when required.
  • Be prepared to fulfill ad hoc tasks that may be required as per business needs.

Experience

  • Accounting/Financial experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
  • Microsoft/G-Suite skills.
  • Have an excellent understanding of airline terms and travel industry knowledge.
  • Exemplary customer-oriented approach.
  • Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficient in English, knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • Possess competent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work on deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information.
  • Ability to work independently on request.
  • Takes the initiative to support team members and management as requested.
