Job Overview

The main objective is to provide all aspects of booking services directly to our clients whilst delivering VIP service excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

    (An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)

  • Standard quote format to be used
  • Provide rules for changes and cancellation of services
  • Approval as per SLA
  • Book as per VIP client’s preference
  • Advise clients regarding passports, visas, health requirements, foreign exchange, travel insurance, car parking, car hire, accommodation, transfers, excursions, and any other related service
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within allocated time
  • Air ticket: Send to VIP traveller and/or booker
  • Voucher: Send to supplier and VIP traveller and/or booker

Skills, Experience, Education

  • Ensure technical and product knowledge is updated regularly
  • Must be in possession of a valid GDS Certificate
  • Excellent knowledge of the GDS and booking tool
  • Minimum of 5 years international consulting experience with a GDS
  • Ticketing and Fares knowledge
  • Computer literate in MS Windows and MS Office
  • Destination and Product Knowledge

Personal Attributes Required

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional language is an advantage
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and a high volume of work
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information
  • Support team members and management

Package & Renumeration:

Attractive package market related, based on experience.
