- Prize consists of one Travelstart gift voucher worth R7 000 valid for 3 years (to be used for domestic or international flights), 1x R16 000 MasterStart accredited business course.
- Travelstart Voucher: Voucher can be redeemed for travel booking with a Travelstart Live agent on 021-020-0559. The voucher cannot be used online. The voucher is valid until 31 October 2022. Any amount of the voucher redeemed on booking will be subtracted from the sum of the voucher value until voucher value is exhausted. Flight bookings are subject to class availability and may not be upgraded. There are limited seats on peak flights, weekend, school and public holidays. - MasterStart Course: One winner. One course of their choosing from MasterStart – up to the value of R16 000. Should a lesser value course be selected, no refund will be issued for the difference. The course must be booked within 3 months of the prize draw and utilised within 6 months.
- Prize Excludes: Any costs associated with obtaining a valid travel Visa/updating your passport if required. Any items of a personal nature including meals, spending money, travel insurance, add-ons, and all other incidentals not specifically recorded in the prize.
- Entry Mechanism: Must enter via the competition landing page https://www.travelstart.co.za/lp/masterstart-competition and sign-up for the Travelstart Newsletter for entry to be valid, not via Social Media or associated marketing channels.
- To stand a chance to win, entrants must subscribe to receive the Travelstart daily newsletter and communication from MasterStart. All participants must remain subscribed to Travelstart at the time of the prize draw in order to be eligible to win.
- Submissions: One entry per e-mail address.
- Competition Period: The competition commences at (00h00) Tuesday, 15 October 2019 and will terminate at midnight on Tuesday, 29 October 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
- Winner announcement date: The winner will be selected and announced on Travelstart and MasterStart social media platforms on the 30 October 2019.
- Eligibility to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Travelstart and MasterStart and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
- Prize draw: The winner will be selected at Random and contacted by Travelstart via the email address or contact number provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Travelstart and MasterStart reserve the right to draw a replacement winner without further communication.
- Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that Travelstart and MasterStart may publish their name and photographic images on Travelstart and MasterStart marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners may decline such invitation.
- Competition disclaimer: Travelstart and MasterStart, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
- Cancellation: Travelstart and MasterStart reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Travelstart and MasterStart, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System Failure: No member of Travelstart and MasterStart is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Travelstart and MasterStart which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Should the winner be unable to travel or comply with the required terms they will be disqualified, and a new winner may be selected in their place.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded.
- It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to Promoters is accurate, complete and up to date. You will be required to provide your full name, email address and other related information when entering this Competition.
- By entering and participating in this competition, you consent to opting in to marketing communications from Travelstart and MasterStart.
- The Promoter(s) and its affiliates will collect and use your personal data listed herein in order to enable your participation in this Competition and for related online activities. Your personal data will be used to enter you in this Competition and for the Promoter’s, its affiliates and subsidiaries’ marketing purposes and, by participating in the Competition, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of the data in South Africa and any other affiliated country in which the Promoter conducts in business, which consent may be withdrawn at any time by written notification to the Promoter.
- We keep your personal data to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We will not use your personal data for a different purpose without first obtaining your permission.
- You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Travelstart and MasterStart in writing which both brands are bound by law to recognise. The Promoters will not charge you a fee to update this request on its systems. The promoters will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
