UAE (Dubai) Visa Application

• Completed Application Form
• A copy of your return flight ticket
• Two colour photographs with white backgrounds (4.3 x 5.5 cm)
• A colour copy of the first 2 pages of your passport (must be valid for 6 months after you leave the UAE)
• A letter from your bank stating that you will have enough funds available while in the UAE
• A letter from your employer proving your employment and the position you hold
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Travel itinerary

• Visa Application Form duly completed
• Confirmed onward ticket copy of Emirates airline
• The 48-hour visa can be applied for only if the passenger has a confirmed onward ticket, highlighting the applicant’s name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow
• One coloured passport-size photograph (see specifications below)
• Coloured photocopy of the passport (valid for a minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel)
• Passports containing special characters such as brackets in the name will not be accepted and must be amended prior to visa submission
• A valid confirmed hotel booking or proof of residence for the entire stay in the UAE
• Applicant’s name and check-in/check-out dates must be highlighted in yellow
• Check-in and check-out dates on the hotel confirmation must match the dates on the flight tickets

• Completed Visa Application Form
• Confirmed return/onward Emirates ticket, highlighting the applicant’s name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow
• One coloured recent passport-size photograph with a white background, front-facing (see specifications below)
• Coloured photocopy of the main (bio) page of the Ordinary/Normal Passport (valid for a minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel)
• Passports containing special characters such as brackets in the name will not be accepted and must be amended prior to visa submission
• Confirmed hotel voucher with confirmation number, applicant’s name, check-in and check-out dates highlighted in yellow for the entire stay
• Check-in and check-out dates on the hotel confirmation must match the dates on the flight tickets
• Only up to two hotel bookings are allowed for the entire stay period
• If visiting family or friends: Provide a valid tenancy contract/Ejari or title deed of the host, if the sponsor has an apartment with two or more bedrooms, and UAE resident card. Highlight the tenant’s name in yellow

• Completed application form
• Colour photograph (see specifications below)
• Copy of your passport
• Passport valid for six months at the time of travel
• Confirmed ticket to Abu Dhabi and onward to a third destination

• The colour photograph must meet the following specifications:
• The skin tone should be natural. In case of over-exposure or under-exposure, the skin should not appear too dark or too light, as the photo will not be acceptable
• The face (from forehead edge to bottom of chin) should be 70% to 80% of the photo, or one inch in height
• The photo must have a plain, light background
• The lighting must be uniform, with no shadows on the face or behind
• The photo should ideally be printed by a professional photo studio with continuous tone and good resolution
• Polaroid photos or photos printed with ordinary printers are not suitable

• Normal Visa Processing Time: 2-5 working days from the date of submission (except Saturday, Sunday and UAE holidays).
• Express Visa Processing Time: Within 48 hours from the time of submission (excluding Saturday, Sunday and UAE holidays).
