Competition Rules for entry:
This competition is subject to the voluntary entry by the Participant. The Participants accept the terms and conditions and agree to be bound on the rules (contained herein) of the Competition.
By entering into this Competition in the prescribed manner, all Participants agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
Duration:
The competition starts at 12:01am on 1 June 2024 & ends at 11:59pm on 10 July 2024.
The winner will be announced on or before 21 June 2024.
The Prize:
No part of The Prize, including the Sealand Wheelie Bag and Travelstart voucher, is exchangeable for cash.
The Travelstart voucher consists of R6,000 in flights of the winner’s choosing, locally or internationally. The voucher is not bound to any specific airline, destination or date of travel. The fights have to be booked though travelstart and via a Travel Hub agent.
General:
The winning participant’s attention is drawn to the terms and conditions of which are applicable in regards to the Prize. Should the terms and conditions of the Prize clash with the terms and conditions contained herein, the terms and conditions of the Prize will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, complete and up to date. The Promoter nor any of its third-party suppliers will not and cannot be held liable for any errors/omissions caused by the Participant when providing Personal Information (as defined by the Protection of Personal information Act, 4 of 2013) to the Promoter, whether this is upon entering into this Competition or where a Winning Participant is providing Personal Information when claiming the Prize.
Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these competition rules, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into further.
These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and Participants agree that this Promotional Competition is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
In the interest of the Participant, the Promoter has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the rules, terms and conditions of this Promotional Competition are in line with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), particularly with section 36 of the Act.
