Purpose of the role
The Affiliates Manager will be fully responsible for delivering the affiliate sales and revenue plan whilst
also growing sales and revenue through key partnerships in ZA via exceptional account management,
strong sales ability, ecommerce marketing skills, and close relationships.
Responsibilities

- Manage all affiliate and key partner relationships within the business and deliver new affiliate and revenue targets.
- Research potential affiliate partners and reach out to establish relationships.
- Understand SEO and basic e-commerce marketing strategy.
- Develop promotions, email campaigns, and other assets to equip affiliates to best promote our products.
- Closely monitor affiliate channel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Manage payouts and irregular patterns on performance and commission payout.
- Manage commercial agreements in terms of commission models, both short and long term.
- Create incentive plans to generate significant growth in affiliate contribution.
- Be close to the numbers with a clear understanding of costs and ROI - lead and develop management reporting to promote affiliates within the business.
- Document the affiliate growth strategy and regularly attend senior management meetings to present on targets and progress.
- Day-to-day management of affiliate executives to support and oversee core tasks and delivery, actively leading, building, and managing the Affiliate Team.
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions and materials.
- Close cooperation with the Marketing Management and Creative & Brand teams to ensure all campaigns and creatives are launched in the affiliate channel in the best way possible.
- Monthly budget management for the affiliate channel.
- Identify and implement other and new opportunities to enhance the affiliate program.
- Keep affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.
- Keep track of affiliate sales and pay affiliates in a timely manner.
- Drive the strategy for the Affiliate program and ensure that it’s in line with business objectives.
