Campaign Trafficker - Cape Town

Purpose of Role

The overall function of the campaign trafficker is to coordinate, monitor, and manage the creation of all the material and website requirements for any marketing campaign. This includes working closely with the content writers, designers, and various stakeholders including channel owners and partners. The campaign trafficker would accomplish this by facilitating communication and workflow between all the involved parties, putting processes in place to prioritise tasks and drive efficiencies. Ultimately, he or she is responsible for ensuring deadlines are met with respect to the placement, distribution, accuracy and implementation of marketing campaigns. This role suited for a highly organised individual, with great interpersonal skills. He or she should be an extremely deadline driven, results-orientated multitasker and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with all stakeholders including channel owners, partnerships team, web admin, content and design to ensure all tactical and strategic campaigns are executed before the deadline.
  • Collecting and processing all required info to clearly brief the relevant teams on the various campaigns
  • Put processes in place to drive efficiencies while maintaining agility in the team
  • Consistently seek feedback to ensure these processes work for all stakeholders
  • Put processes in place to ensure quality of content and design is of a high standard and error free
  • Assist with prioritisation of tasks for content, design and web admin
  • Liaise with operations to ensure all marketing campaigns are clearly communication so the team is equipped to deal with any queries.
  • Empower all channel owners to succeed in their roles by providing marketing materials in good time
  • Close the feedback loop by ensuring content and design have feedback and regular training from various channel owners on performance of their respective creatives
  • Manage campaign planner for all marketing channels
  • Provide regular inputs on what has worked and hasn't worked for all campaigns generated and ensure feedback is provided to our head of Supply and the Tech Supply team
