To work within the TS Operations team assisting customers with a first contact resolution. To be the first point of contact for customers. Answering general enquiries, ticketing, quoting date changes, suspending bookings, cancelling reservations, changing tickets, schedule changes and assisting with any queries from within operations. Maintaining high quality and error-free handling of tasks. To further ensure an efficient and effective operations system.
