Job Overview

To work within the TS Operations team assisting customers with a first contact resolution. To be the first point of contact for customers. Answering general enquiries, ticketing, quoting date changes, suspending bookings, cancelling reservations, changing tickets, schedule changes and assisting with any queries from within operations. Maintaining high quality and error-free handling of tasks. To further ensure an efficient and effective operations system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Telephonic and written consultations with customers - answer general enquiries, issue tickets, and accurately quote date changes.
  • Suspend bookings where necessary.
  • Cancel reservations.
  • Re-issue tickets in line with airfare rules and airline requirements.
  • Action schedule changes and assist with any queries from within operations.
  • Maintaining high quality and error free handling of tasks.
  • Updating relevant information in bookings with each contact received.
  • Stay abreast of all airline changes and updates relating to fare increases.
  • Effectively manage queues.
  • Quality control.

Skills, Experience, Education

  • Minimum 2-year ticketing experience on an Intermediate level.
  • Proficient in Amadeus.
  • Strong knowledge of International Fares and understanding of Fares 1-3.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • A service delivery mindset and a strong client service focus.
  • Solution-driven and the ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Effective team player.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Package & Renumeration:

Attractive package market related, based on experience.
