Junior CRM Specialist

Purpose of Role

To ensure all marketing communication is dispatched in a correct and timeous manner as per campaign and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilise existing templates on Mailchimp and adapt the HTML code to construct, test and deploy marketing emails on a daily basis
• Setting up and sending of Web Push Notifications
• Administration of existing automated messages and programmes (e.g. Welcome, Birthday, Anniversary emails
• Weekly reporting of send/dispatch numbers of WPN and Email
• Import updates on new leads and subscribers
• Maintaining and updating of existing distribution lists to ensure correct targeting of consumers
• Send all communication once approved internally before scheduling; with no errors

Technical Skill Requirements

• SQL Query Skills
• Basic HTML and Email Systems (template editing, dispatching)
• Knowledge of Litmus, Watson Acoustic, Mandrill/Mailchimp
• Google Analytics, Tableau, Firebase, Insider, TCC
