- All travel must be booked by the end of September 2019 and all travel has to be completed by 07 Nov 2019.

Breakfast and dinner served at Assinatura Restaurant.Breakfast service from 07.30 to 10.30. Lunch service from 13:00 to 15:00. Dinner service from 19.30 to 22.00. - Travel includes:2x Return economy flights with Airlink from Joburg to Pemba inMozambique only. Airport/resort transfers (based on 2 passengers sharing),returnbetween Pemba, International airport and Diamonds Mequfi Beach. Transfer time isapproximately 40 minutes.
- Travel excludes:Any costs associated with obtaining a valid travel Visa/updating yourpassport if required, travel insurance and any items of a personal nature (includingspending money, add-ons, and all other incidentals not specifically recorded in the prize). Ifthe winner is from CPT or DUR or any other location other than Joburg, the cost to fly toJNB is at their own expense.
- Zando shopping vouchers:Total worth is R20,000.Voucher to be used on www.zando.co.za. Voucher is valid for 3 years. No minimum spend necessary to use thevoucher. Voucher can be used on items already on sale. Voucher can be redeemed overseveral orders until the total value is exhausted.
- Entry Mechanism: Must enter via the competition landing page https://www.travelstart.co.za/lp/zando-diamonds-competition for entry to be valid, not viaSocial Media or associated marketing channels. One entry per e-mail address
- Competition Period: The competition commences on (00h00) Thursday, 1 August 2019and will terminate at midnight on Thursday, 15 August 2019. No late entries will beaccepted.
- Winner announcement date: The winner will be announced on selected Travelstart andZando social media platforms on Friday, 16 August 2019.
- Eligibility to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18years of age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of Travelstart,Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort, Billabong and Zando, and their immediate families, areexcluded from entry.
- Prize Draw: The winner will be selected at Random and contacted by Travelstart via theemail address or contact number provided. The winner will be required to submit valididentification before receiving the prize. The judge's decision is final and binding and nocorrespondence or negotiations will be entered into. All participants agree to be bound bythe competition rules. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Travelstart and Zandoreserve the right to draw a replacement winner without further communication.
- Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that Travelstart, Diamonds Resort and Zandomay publish their name and photographic images on Travelstart and Zando marketingplatforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We may request thewinners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes but the winners maydecline such invitation.
- Competition disclaimer: Travelstart and Zando, and their associated companies, agentsand contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage,death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rightsarising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
- Cancellation: Travelstart and Zando reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel orsuspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion iscancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they mayhave in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse againstTravelstart and Zando, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
- System Failure: No member of Travelstart and Zando is responsible for lost, delayed,misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any conditionbeyond the control of Travelstart and Zando which may cause the competition to bedisrupted or corrupted.
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Should the winner beunable to travel or comply with the required terms they will be disqualified, and a newwinner may be selected in their place.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded.
