Regardless of the weight and piece concept, a single piece of baggage cannot exceed 32 kg. Baggage that exceeds 32 kg must be divided and carried in two or more pieces. Additional fees apply for additional bags or if a bag is overweight.

It is recommended that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure for international flights to ensure that you have enough time for baggage and security processes.
